What are head guards and protective helmets?

Simply put, a protective hat is a "cap to protect the head" that contains a foam material that absorbs shock. The shock absorbing material is "Pitafoam®", which has excellent energy absorption, high vibration damping effect, excellent durability, and excellent safety (RoHS compliant), and is highly regarded as a shock absorbing and vibration damping material for computer cases, etc. Experimental results have shown that hats with Pitafoam® reduce the risk of serious accidents compared to when no hat is worn, proving its shock absorbing effect. About children's safety helmets

Why did Kiyota also start developing protective helmets for children?

Things to consider when choosing a child's protective hat or head guard

When using protective hats, please always check the size. Even if the hat has shock-absorbing features, it is meaningless if the size is not right and the hat comes off in the event of an accident. Some products have size adjustment features, but some products cannot be adjusted due to the nature of the product. Children grow quickly and in the blink of an eye.
